Project Objectives
Execute a deep dive pilot project (35â55 ft) along the Placer County shoreline of Lake Tahoe to remove submerged litter, test Diver Propulsion Vehicles and Nitrox use, and document aquatic invasive species. Use collected data to inform outreach and expand Kâ12 environmental education programs throughout Placer County and the Tahoe Basin.
